Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience including leadership of production AI solutions and teams.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering AI products, agents and enterprise applications.
• Experience embedding security, privacy, responsible AI and governance into a product lifecycle.
• Ability to prototype, review designs, troubleshoot issues and lead engineers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the People Organization’s AI strategy, architecture, platform roadmap and engineering standards.
• Lead AI solutions from discovery through production, stabilization and transfer to business owners.
• Maintain safety, security, privacy, identity, access controls and governance across AI initiatives.
• Partner with Workday, People Technology, Data & Analytics and enterprise partners to scale value.
