Madison-Davis, LLC is partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Head of Global Payroll in New York City. The role will lead payroll operations across the U.S., London, and Hong Kong, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of payroll experience, strong Workday Payroll expertise, and a track record of improving payroll processes across a global workforce. This is a senior leadership role within Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience including leadership of end-to-end payroll operations.
• Strong Workday Payroll experience highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of payroll taxation, compliance, benefits administration, and payroll reporting.
• Experience managing payroll for a global or multinational workforce.
• Proven ability to improve payroll processes, implement systems, and manage external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Location: New York City

Madison Davis is partnering with a leading global alternative asset manager seeking an experienced Head of Global Payroll to lead payroll operations across the U.S., London, and Hong Kong.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to take ownership of a global function, drive process improvements, and work closely with senior Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.


• Oversee payroll tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.


• Manage payroll-related benefits, including 401(k), employer contributions, and other employee benefit programs.


• Oversee payroll systems, vendor relationships, and international payroll providers.


• Drive payroll automation, system enhancements, and process improvements.


• Partner with Finance, HR, Tax, and Technology on payroll and workforce-related initiatives.
