Job summary

SCA Health is seeking an Associate Director on its Catalyst team to advance payer relationships and support growth across multiple states and facilities. You will lead complex rate analyses, interpret contracting impacts on pro-formas, and collaborate with Development, Operations and Sales to shape strategic opportunities.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth through payer strategies, contract negotiations and cross-functional leadership to optimize ASC performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of direct experience in healthcare or payer operations.
• Proven experience in health plan contracting or related revenue cycle roles.
• Strong ability to analyze contracts, rates, and financial impact for multi-state portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated payer relationships with payers and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead complex rate analyses to understand contracting impact on pro-formas and growth.
• Develop contracting strategies and align cross-functional teams to grow revenue across facilities and geographies.
• Provide accurate growth metrics and reporting to Operations and Finance teams.
