Nihon Kohden America is seeking a Senior Manager Service Engineering for Patient Monitoring in Irvine, CA to lead the service engineering function across cloud-hosted, on-premises, and customer-hosted platforms.

You will drive reliability, implement standards, proactive monitoring, and a scalable command center, partnering with global R&D, product and field teams to ensure high availability of mission-critical healthcare technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or healthcare tech required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in cloud infrastructure, data centers, platform operations, or site reliability.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and driving operating results.
• Experience with hospital or regulated environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Service Engineering for Patient Monitoring across cloud, on-prem, and customer-hosted environments.
• Establish scalable monitoring, proactive remediation, and command center operations.
• Collaborate with global R&D, product, and field teams to improve reliability and uptime.
• Develop standards, playbooks, and validation protocols for patient monitoring servers.
• Oversee escalation governance and client communication during incidents.
