Job summary

Nihon Kohden America is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide clinical customer support and collaborate with sales and service teams to implement Nihon Kohden Patient Monitoring Systems at customer sites across the United States.

The role requires leading implementation projects, delivering customized training, and ongoing on-site or phone support. A US nursing license and 3+ years ICU experience are required, with strong communication and travel readiness for field assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active US nursing license.
• 3+ years in an Adult ICU with hemodynamics knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting complex nursing issues; EKG rhythm interpretation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Clinical Partnership Program in the US, its territories, and Canada.
• Develop and deliver customized training and support plans for Nihon Kohden equipment.
• Lead implementation teams to complete projects on time and to customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing customer support in person or by telephone.
• Handle travel arrangements per company policies and submit expense reports.
