Job summary

argenx is seeking a Patient Customer Experience Lead to build and lead the CX discipline across patient services and communities in the United States. You will translate patient needs into strategic priorities, establish repeatable journey-mapping approaches, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance end-to-end patient experiences with argenx medicines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• Approximately 12-15+ years of relevant CX/innovation experience in healthcare or biotech.
• Pharma/biotech patient-facing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead CX strategy across patient programs and communities.
• Integrate voice-of-patient insights into strategic priorities and experience decisions.
• Lead DESIGN THINKING and Human-Centered Design projects to prototype and test CX concepts.
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve patient journeys.
• Build scalable CX capability and governance across the organization.
