Job summary

UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive payer reimbursement strategies across targeted accounts in the assigned geography. You will lead conversations with hospitals, ASCs, and clinics to navigate billing and coding, while aligning with company policies and materials.

Required are a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in pharma/biotech, with at least 2 years in reimbursement. Willingness to travel and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device experience.
• Minimum 2 years reimbursement experience.
• 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.
• 2 years Urology experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for UroGen products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Answer reimbursement questions for each account.
• Understand Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial reimbursement regulations.
• Collaborate with account team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Translate strategies into actionable account plans.
• Demonstrate disease state, product, and reimbursement process expertise.
• Complete administrative duties efficiently (calls, expenses, documentation).
• Identify geography-specific opportunities.
