Qualifications

• Experience leading others.

• Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Parts Department to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory with perpetual and physical counts.
• Greet showroom customers and answer department calls promptly.
• Schedule meetings and develop staff through coaching and training.
• Submit warranty and return claims within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with other locations to standardize practices.
