Job summary

RRD in Illinois seeks an experienced Operations Manager to plan, direct and supervise facility operations, leading a first-line supervisor staff and ensuring services exceed customer expectations while minimizing shrinkage.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee budgets and P&L, and collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure correct billing and efficient service delivery. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in printing management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years diversified management experience within the printing industry with proven success in leading a facility.
• Excellent knowledge of managing full facility P&L.
• Continuous improvement / Lean skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams to achieve optimum results while modeling consistent behavior.
• Implement strategies to ensure timely delivery of all operations services and adherence to policies.
• Oversee continuous improvement goals by reviewing performance and managing budgets.
• Lead cross‑functional reviews to improve facility operations and customer satisfaction.
• Develop training, coaching, and performance evaluations for direct reports; support diversity.
