The role focuses on EBITDA growth, cost management, capital planning, operational excellence, and the development of Plant Managers and leaders for future growth. Strong English communication and leadership within a matrix organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Key Requirements: drive EBITDA at each plant and for the business unit; manage cost within the unit and at each plant; develop strategies to increase capacity and throughput; develop Plant Managers and other leaders within the unit; optimize working capital; drive OTIF to world class levels; drive quality levels; optimize capital expenditures within the network.
