• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• 10-15 years in Manufacturing and Operations Management.
• Experience with Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth with EBITDA focus and financial targets.
• Set vision and strategy for Plant Managers; drive alignment and execution.
• Integrate newly acquired companies into the Business Unit to maximize value.
• Manage P&L, control costs, and drive results across the network.
• Improve OTIF and maintain high safety and quality standards.
