Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, product operations, or program leadership.
• 3+ years of leading teams.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Experience translating between product, engineering, and commercial priorities.
• Ability to execute in fast‑moving environments with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• English. Mandarin also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and operations: Translate priorities into integrated plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes; drive alignment across initiatives.
• Run operating cadence: Lead OKRs, business reviews, and milestone tracking for ownership and execution.
• Drive performance management: Build KPI systems, forecasting models, and identify risks early.
• Support strategic decision‑making: Prioritize investments and translate inputs into execution plans.
• Develop executive materials: Create data‑driven recommendations and progress updates.
• Bring external perspective: Monitor market/trends and translate insights into strategy.
