Herbal Goodness, a premium wellness brand based in McKinney, Texas, seeks an Operations Lead & Quality Control Manager to drive manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems. You will partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO, building scalable operations and AI-enabled processes to support rapid growth.

The role demands a builder mindset, deep knowledge of FDA regulations, and a track record of improving profitability while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of leadership experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, nutraceuticals, or related manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP requirements.
• Experience building scalable systems, processes, and operational playbooks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive profitability.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled inventory management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, and quality systems.
• Oversee ERP implementation and data accuracy across manufacturing and distribution.
• Develop production schedules, capacity planning, and KPI dashboards.
• Drive cost optimization, improve gross margins, and optimize procurement and fulfillment.
