Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Operations for its Chandler, Arizona facility. You will lead a 60+ person team, drive end-to-end plant operations from receiving to shipping, and partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives.

You will shape culture, productivity, cost control, and quality across high-volume production. The role requires an executive presence, strong communication, and hands-on leadership on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of senior operations leadership in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Proven track record in cost, productivity, and KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution for a 60+ employee facility.
• Own safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, waste, and profitability.
• Establish scalable processes and performance dashboards.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with CEO on capital investments and headcount planning.
• Develop plant leadership and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and food-safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance, sanitation, and equipment reliability.
