The For Baby’s Sake Trust in the UK is seeking a Deputy Director of Operations to work with the Chief Operating Officer on programme development and delivery across the Trust.

The role leads Regional Team Managers, ensures high-quality services, develops training, and strengthens partnerships while promoting the Trust’s mission to support babies and care-experienced young people. Flexible home-based work with UK travel. Salary £60,000.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in social services.
• Experience in safeguarding and safeguarding governance.
• Background in social work with a focus on babies and care-experienced young people.

Aufgaben

• Lead Regional Team Managers and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery partners and provide Deputy Designated Safeguarding support.
• Develop and deliver internal and external training for staff and partners.
• Promote the Trust’s work and strengthen relationships with partners.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships and delivery sites.
