Job summary

Prose is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to direct and optimize its manufacturing facility’s performance, with responsibility for P&L, safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You will set policies, deploy lean practices, and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, warehousing, quality, and human resources to meet revenue and cost targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 7–10 years of operations management, with strong ERP and inventory control

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: 7–10 years in operations management, preferably in beauty/personal care manufacturing.
• Skills: leadership, communication, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to reach company goals.
• Ensure production schedules meet quality and safety standards.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement quality control systems to meet ISO27716 and customer standards.
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Develop and manage the operations budget and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
• Promote Prose values through daily leadership and culture.
