Job summary

Prose is a reality-driven company redefining custom hair and skin care through its Singular AI-powered platform. The role directs and optimizes the facility’s operations and P&L, setting policies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and safety in compliance with OSHA and cGMP-like standards.

The position oversees cross-functional teams including engineering, warehousing, quality assurance, and HR, emphasizing continuous improvement and robust training procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or equivalent.
• Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Maintain quality control systems and ensure ISO27716 compliance.
• Coordinate supply availability and inventory accuracy at NY site to support production.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing operations team.
