Job summary

Prose, a leader in personalized beauty products, seeks an experienced Operations Leader to direct the manufacturing facility's overall performance. You will manage production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and develop your operations staff. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Directs, manages, and optimizes the facility's overall operations and financial performance (P&L).
• Ensures robust plant safety and security inspections, auditing, and training procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.
• Quality systems implementation to meet ISO27716 and customer standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an operations team fostering continuous improvement.
