Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: inventory, logistics, fulfillment, analytics.
• Collaborate with CEO to develop SOPs and vendor training.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges and shipments with partners.
• Lead weekly KPI reviews and executive reporting.
