• Advance the Operational Decision System with cadences, frameworks, and standards.
• Create ownership and measurable outcomes linking insights to decisions.
• Drive forecasting, risk anticipation, and proactive opportunity identification.
• Develop leaders and analysts to enhance enterprise performance.
