Job summary

Maybell Quantum Industries is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Vice President of Operations to provide senior leadership for our established production, quality, and supply chain functions. This is a critical role for a hands‑on executor who excels at optimizing and scaling existing operations and is able to dive in and directly engage in building solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations management in hardware/complex electronics.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Direct hands-on leadership across production, quality, and supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong KPI/data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own three core operational pillars: production/manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
• Scale manufacturing operations while improving efficiency, cost, and safety.
• Oversee quality management and CAPA processes to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Direct strategic sourcing, logistics, inventory, and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production, quality, and supply chain teams.
