Job summary

InJoy Health Education is seeking a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day activities, optimize processes, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee inventory, contracts, licensing, fulfillment, and internal systems while mentoring teams and partnering with product and marketing leadership.

You will report to the CEO and help align operations with company growth, culture, and quality standards in a hands-on, execution-focused role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience in operations.
• 10–12+ years in leadership/operations, logistics, vendor management, or similar.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in B2B environments, healthcare/education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring alignment across departments.
• Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and vendor management to meet product needs.
• Lead customer support operations, contracts, licenses, and warranties.
• Develop product support resources and documentation; drive process improvements.
• Mentor and develop the operations and customer care teams; ensure effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security frameworks (HIPAA, PCI where applicable).
