This senior executive role is responsible for the overall strategic direction, execution, and efficiency of all company operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of operational best practices and a proven ability to manage complex, geographically dispersed teams and functions in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and financial goals.
