Key Responsibilities

High-Performance Team Building & Scaling

• Recruit, develop, and scale high-performing operational teams across customer success, quality assurance, and platform operations
• Build scalable organizational structures and processes that can rapidly expand from 10 to 1000+ members
• Establish performance management systems and operational excellence standards for fast-growth environments
• Create leadership development programs to support rapid team scaling and maintain culture during hypergrowth
  
  

Platform Operations Excellence

• Design and implement operational frameworks for ELITE's community marketplace connecting vibe coders with developers
• Establish quality assurance processes ensuring 95%+ customer satisfaction across all session types
• Build scalable session management systems supporting real-time video calls with transcription
• Create developer onboarding and tier management processes for our 5-tier expert system
  
  

Customer Success & Experience

• Develop premium customer experience standards that justify our $30-250+ monthly pricing tiers
• Implement comprehensive dispute resolution protocols and quality control systems
• Design user journey optimization for both vibe coders and developers across the platform

Venture Studio Scaling

Must-Haves

• Scaling Leadership Experience: You've built and scaled high-performing teams from 10 to 100+ people in rapidly growing environments (preferably in marketplaces, SaaS, or community platforms)
• Operational Excellence at Scale: Proven track record designing and implementing operational systems that support explosive growth and maintain quality at scale
• Marketplace Experience: Deep experience in two-sided platforms, session-based services, or community-driven marketplaces
• Performance-Driven Culture: Experience building high-performance cultures and operational excellence in fast-growth environments
• Full Commitment: Ready to dedicate 40+ hours/week with equity-focused compensation
