Job summary

Loci is building private AI that runs on the devices people already own. The role owns the day-to-day systems, coordination, and follow-through that keep Loci moving and help the founder make timely, well-informed decisions.

You will establish a clear planning cadence, manage budgets and vendor records, and coordinate recruiting, payroll, and contractor operations while improving processes and automating repetitive work.

Qualifications

• Experience building operations in a small, fast-changing org.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and project management skills.
• Financial fluency with spreadsheets and data integrity.
• Discretion with sensitive information and sound judgment on access and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Establish a practical planning cadence with clear priorities, owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
• Maintain accurate budgets, spending visibility, vendor records, and cash forecasts with the founder and accounting partners.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee or contractor operations with the appropriate providers.
• Keep contracts, renewals, filings, access reviews, and other obligations organized; work with qualified advisers when specialist judgment is needed.
• Improve support intake, escalation, and feedback loops so user problems reach the right owner.
• Automate repetitive work, document critical processes, and remove operational bottlenecks.
