Job summary

Florida Atlantic University’s Center for Online and Continuing Education seeks an Assistant Director, Online Student Experience & Pathways in Boca Raton, FL. The role drives online enrollment growth, builds pathways for FTIC and transfer students, and crafts an engaging “Learning Online in Paradise” experience connecting online learners to FAU campuses and community.

Responsibilities include developing pipelines, coordinating with admissions and marketing, and enhancing online student belonging

Qualifications

Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of experience required, or a bachelor's with four years of experience.
Master's degree in appropriate area and three years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify geographic markets, institutions, student populations, and interests for online enrollment growth.
Develop enrollment pipelines and scalable recruitment models for online undergraduate programs.
Lead creation of an intentional online student experience and connect online students to FAU campuses and community.
Develop engagement strategies for out-of-state online students to foster belonging and identity.
Map prospective and enrolled student journeys and create workflows for recruitment, onboarding, and persistence.
Monitor pipeline performance using SIS, CRM, dashboards and generate regular analytics reports.
