Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience.
• Degree in education, psychology, counseling, learning sciences, higher education administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in academic support, learner success, or educational assessment is desirable.
• Familiarity with study skills, test-taking strategies, and board/exam preparation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify medical students, residents, and fellows who may need academic support and develop outreach programs.
• Develop, implement, direct, and evaluate longitudinal academic success curricula across training phases.
• Facilitate programs focused on study skills, time management, clinical efficiency, and board preparation strategies.
• Evaluate learner readiness for licensure and board examinations, including USMLE and specialty exams.
• Provide academic counseling and develop individualized learning plans based on performance data and milestones.
• Collaborate with SAS, GME and UME staff to support accommodations and monitoring.
• Report learner progress to relevant committees and participate in curricular updates.
