Job summary

Color is transforming cancer care with a nation-wide Virtual Cancer Clinic. As GM for Oncology Care, you will own program strategy, commercial growth, and market presence across teams to scale a clinically strong, operationally scalable offering that serves patients and customers.

You will partner with executive leadership to define the roadmap, translate insights into priorities, and drive value across patient care, customer partnerships, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Role requires defining strategy and guiding program direction for oncology care.
• Experience translating patient needs into product and service priorities.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and drive commercial growth.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership across clinical, product, marketing and operations.
• Credible external presence with health plans, employers, and industry audiences.
• Comfort making decisions in ambiguity and leading through influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the strategy for oncology care programs and measure success.
• Translate clinical insight and market signals into prioritised product and service work.
• Own go-to-market strategy, pricing, messaging, and sales enablement for programs.
• Partner with go-to-market, clinical, product, engineering, and ops teams from concept to launch.
• Ensure end-to-end program performance including patient/clinician and customer experiences.
