Job summary

University of Mount Saint Vincent seeks a Director of Data Management to lead data analytics, reporting, compliance, and institutional effectiveness for the School of Nursing. You will transform complex data into actionable insights to support planning, accreditation activities, and evidence-based decisions.

You will oversee data systems, collaborate across offices, and develop dashboards while ensuring FERPA/HIPAA compliance and data quality. A master’s degree and BI experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in data management, institutional research, BI, or analytics.
• Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation, compliance and regulatory reporting for NYSED, CCNE and others.
• Monitor program outcomes and ensure data accuracy and FERPA/HIPAA compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic planning and decision making.
• Collaborate with Institutional Research, IT, Admissions, Registrar, Finance, and Academic Affairs.
