AbbVie is seeking a leader for precision medicine in neuroscience with a focus on neurodegenerative disorders. You will design and implement strategies to advance AbbVie's neuroscience pipeline, collaborating across discovery, clinical development, regulatory, and operations teams.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Neuroscience or related field with roughly 10 years of experience, preferably in pharma/biotech neuroscience or neuroimmunology, and possess strong cross-functional collaboration and

PhD in Neuroscience or related field with ~10 years of experience.
Experience in pharma/biotech neuroscience focusing on neuroimmunology preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead precision medicine strategies from late discovery through Ph3 and beyond.
Understand and apply fluid biomarkers, digital approaches, and imaging in neuroscience.
Serve as an expert on cross-functional teams to influence programs.
Collaborate effectively while defending relevant precision medicine approaches.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of biology and technology related to projects.
Communicate scientific information to diverse audiences including senior management.
Build relationships with external vendors and KOLs to support activities.
