Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Head of Project Management for the CNS/Neuroscience Therapeutic Area in the United States. You will lead delivery of all clinical development projects, drive strategic plans, and grow client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and project profitability.

You will manage a senior team and coordinate with MSS, BD, and cross-functional leaders to optimize processes, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across global portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in clinical research, with 10+ years in project/portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials, drug development, and regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP).
• Proven experience leading large, complex projects and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Strategic development and business development skills.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of all clinical development projects in the Therapeutic Area.
• Grow the CNS/Neuroscience book of business with cross-functional teams and MSS/BD.
• Oversee resource planning and staffing for trial methodology and expertise.
• Nominate leaders for accounts and proposals with cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide executive oversight to multiple portfolios while ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Build and maintain client relationships at the senior level and oversee governance.
