Job summary

Evergreen by Park Capital Search seeks a Director of Logistics to own the national field schedule and build the analytical foundation beneath it. A mature schedule exists across 46+ states for 45+ clinicians, but the data layer, routing insights, and capacity analytics are still evolving.

You will define KPIs, design routes, and lead a small team to optimize efficiency and reduce venue charges, while coordinating with clinical operations and marketing to align demand by market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations, logistics, route planning, workforce scheduling, demand planning, or another analytics-heavy operations role
• Strong quantitative capability. You model in Excel or Sheets at a serious level and reach for SQL, Python, R, or a BI tool when the data outgrows a spreadsheet
• Experience building the data and reporting layer underneath an operation, not just consuming dashboards someone else built
• Demonstrated ownership of a scheduling, routing, or capacity system in a multi-site or distributed environment. You have made the calls, not just produced the reports
• Comfort making fast operational decisions with incomplete information, including decisions that disappoint people
• Willingness to do the unglamorous operational follow-through alongside the analytical work

Responsibilities

• Own the national field schedule for 45+ clinicians across 46+ states, published 90 days in advance
• Build the data layer: event-level performance, route economics, territory coverage, and travel load
• Define KPIs and reporting: volume per event, cost per unit, venue cost, fill and no-show rates, marketing spend efficiency
• Design routes: sequencing, drive time, event density, revenue per event
• Identify decaying locations, oversaturated markets, and underserved territories, acting before it hits the P&L
• Integrate new territories as clinicians are hired into new markets
• Manage day-to-day schedule with a two-person team, absorb PTO and changes without breaking the published schedule
• Ensure venue bookings align with schedule and pull underperforming events within 48 hours
• Partner with clinical operations on capacity and travel load, and with marketing on demand by market
