LangChain is seeking a Head of Narratives to own how the company shows up in the world across communications, brand, social, and design. This role leads an existing team and advances a shared narrative direction, ensuring LangChain builds an engaged audience with timely, compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate like a media company with an always-on narrative
• Experience leading narrative or communications teams is a plus
• Strong sense of brand storytelling and editorial judgment
• Analytical mindset with ability to tie work to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Define themes and narratives LangChain should be known for; translate into a rolling communications strategy.
• Own press and media relations; build relationships with journalists and outlets; manage inbound inquiries.
• Shape executive visibility and thought leadership; identify moments and formats for leaders to contribute.
• Plan and execute announcements for launches, funding, partnerships, and milestones; ensure timely, aligned storytelling.
• Lead and mentor teams across brand, social, and design; ensure output is sharp and cohesive.
