Job summary

Hawaii Family Portraits on the Big Island seeks a full-time, in-person leader to start by October 2026, managing operations at Kona, Waikoloa, and Kohala Coast properties and driving guest portrait sessions.

You will recruit and coach a bench of eight photographers, empower site managers, and grow referral partnerships through resort channels while upholding brand standards and delivering memorable, studio-quality galleries.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing a team of photographers and operations.
• Proven ability to develop referral partner networks and drive sales.
• Willingness to relocate to Hawaii by Oct 20, 2026 and work at resort properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead a bench of photographers and Site Managers (8 people).
• Drive referral partner sales and customer success across properties.
• Oversee resort partnerships, branding, and protocol compliance.
• Schedule, train, and coach staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality galleries and exceptional client experience.
