Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to lead the operational performance of our facilities across 70+ clubs in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. This hybrid role reports to the VP of Facilities and focuses on safety, reliability, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will oversee Regional Facilities Managers, drive preventive maintenance, capital planning, vendor performance, and compliance with OSHA and building regulations while supporting club

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive facilities management experience across multi-site portfolios (20+ locations).
• 3+ years leading managers responsible for facilities operations.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, preventive maintenance, and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations across 70+ club locations, ensuring consistent execution of preventive maintenance, repairs, and building systems management.
• Manage and develop Regional Facilities Managers while building a high-performing, scalable field organization.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee CMMS performance, work order management, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and reporting.
• Manage multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets, forecasting, and regional financial performance.
• Partner with Procurement to manage regional vendor performance and service quality.
