Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a hands-on facilities technician to keep our clubs safe, clean, and guest-ready. You’ll manage work orders, perform repairs, and inspect facilities across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Using ServiceChannel, you’ll close tickets, coordinate with site managers, and travel between clubs in your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. A practical, customer‑minded approach and basic trade skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of facilities experience preferred.
• Basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repair skills.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceChannel or CAFM/FMS.
• Safe, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between clubs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel within KPI timelines.
• Prioritize urgent repairs and communicate delays.
• Conduct routine club inspections to identify hazards and needs.
• Perform repairs in carpentry, tile, painting, drywall and general building tasks.
• Complete plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
• Update managers on repair status and timelines.
• Travel between clubs in your own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Support after-hours/emergency on-call as scheduled.
• Attend required meetings and follow procedures.
