Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning club environment. The role entails performing safety checks, routine repairs, and overseeing maintenance alongside the Facility Operations Manager, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will adapt to the club's needs, participate in safety training, and ensure all equipment is operational while supporting a welcoming, inclusive workplace aligned with Life Time's values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and move around the club.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of the building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
