Westwing is hiring a Head of Customisable Furniture in Munich to own the new category from strategy to go-to-market. You will shape the product vision, define a modular system, and collaborate with design, engineering, and buying to deliver a scalable, profitable furniture line.

The role combines product leadership with design judgement and commercial ownership in a fast-paced, international setting. You will drive end-to-end category strategy, own pricing and margins, manage stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with modular or configurable physical products.
• Proven track record launching a new product category or business line from concept to market.
• Understanding of modular product logic, configuration rules, and BOM complexity.
• First leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility and design trade-offs.
• Knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end strategy for the customisable furniture category from opportunity to launch.
• Define product vision and modular system architecture with design and engineering.
• Support customer-facing customization experiences with simple-to-shop configurators.
• Build and lead cross-functional processes to bring the category to life.
• Drive P&L, pricing, margins and post-launch performance tracking.
• Serve as the internal and external face of the category across stakeholders.
• continually scan market trends and customer needs to evolve the roadmap.
