Westwing is seeking a Senior Designer Customisable Furniture to shape a brand‑new category within the Westwing Collection. You will drive the design vision, balancing style, configurability, quality, and sustainability while collaborating with engineering, buying, and commercial teams.

You have 7+ years in furniture design, with modular systems experience and proficiency in CAD tools (Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). The role is based in Munich with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product design experience in furniture.
• Experience designing modular or configurable product systems with CAD tools.
• Fluency in English and strong communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable building new processes for a brand‑new category.

Responsabilités

• Create on-trend, visually appealing modular and customisable furniture concepts.
• Drive product development prioritising premium design, quality, sustainability and manufacturability.
• Translate modular systems into CAD specs, drawings and prototypes ensuring cross‑config compatibility.
• Collaborate with engineering and tech to align digital customization with design intent.
• Communicate visions to internal and external stakeholders and align with business goals.
• Support brand evolution and assortment strategies with creative direction.
