Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing scientists or ML engineers.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, information retrieval, and analytics.
• 4+ years of building ML models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• 2+ years of programming in Java, C++, Python or a related language.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to all levels of the organization.
• Experience building ML models or developing algorithms for business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-facing and vendor-facing websites and internal software tools for the reverse-logistics process.
• Create scalable, high-availability solutions that solve complex and broad business problems.
• Train machine learning models to automate routing and identify signals that optimize reuse.
• Invent new channels to give products a second life.
• Provide product support that helps customers love what they buy.
• Pilot smarter product evaluations and refine return experience.
• Work from the customer backward to make the return experience remarkably delightful and easy.
