Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-impact AI/ML solutions across our entertainment platforms. You will lead cross-functional projects with a focus on reuse, scalability, reliability, and performance.

The role reports to the ML Engineering Manager and is an in-office position in Florida. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle and advance responsible AI initiatives with a strong emphasis on production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, building, and deploying AI/ML at scale, with 1–2 years in Generative AI.
• MLOps/LLMOps experience with CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management in production.
• Experience deploying on AWS, Azure, or GCP with scalable cloud-native ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development ecosystems.
• Strong ML foundation including supervised/unsupervised learning.
• Advanced prompt engineering and LLM optimization knowledge.
• Experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal models in live environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines and model/agent deployment from dev to production.
• Develop observability for model/agent performance, drift, data quality, latency, cost.
• Build production-scale AI systems with multi-step agents and orchestration.
• Lead AI/ML lifecycle from implementation to monitoring and improvements.
• Implement Responsible AI frameworks for safety and ethics.
• Define evaluation for LLMs and agent systems (quality, safety, usefulness).
• Promote MLOps/LLMOps best practices across the platform.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to align on goals.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve blockers to maintain velocity.
