Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a people-first engineering leader to head Technical Data Intelligence. You will build and guide a team of ML and full-stack engineers focused on making engineering data legible for automation, drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing planning.

You will stay hands-on when needed, participate in design reviews, set architecture direction, and hire, grow, and support your engineers to deliver high-impact solutions for factory automation and production systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of engineering management leading ML teams in production.
• Experience in ML, computer vision, multimodal models, and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the people leadership of engineers: hiring, onboarding, mentorship, career growth, and performance.
• Stay technically hands-on as a player-coach and contribute in design reviews when needed.
• Set technical direction and headcount investment with engineers and leads.
• Build and maintain annotation tooling, active learning loops, and synthetic data augmentation strategies.
• Ensure engineers are engaged, growing, and set up to do their best work.
