Job summary

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is seeking an organized, people-first Office & Customer Service Manager to lead our HQ office and own the customer experience across all 16 locations in Kentucky and Tennessee. You will be the calm, capable voice for members, solving problems and building great processes as we grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or office management.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and Paylocity system.
• Experience with DRB membership system is a plus.
• Willing to work alternating Saturday mornings.
• Experience in fleet management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for member and guest questions, membership issues, and service escalations across our network.
• Run a tight, welcoming Corporate HQ office from day-to-day admin to vendor coordination.
• Lead and grow a customer service team as we expand.
• Collaborate with HR, Fleet, and Marketing on projects big and small.
• Turn frustrated customers into loyal ones.
