Job summary

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is seeking an organized, people-first Office & Customer Service Manager to lead our HQ office and own the customer experience across all 16 locations in Kentucky and Tennessee. You will be the calm, capable voice for members, solving problems and building great processes as we grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or office management.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and Paylocity system.
• Experience with DRB membership system is a plus.
• Willing to work alternating Saturday mornings.
• Experience in fleet management is a plus.

• ? A knack for staying organized when priorities pile up.
• ? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• ? Comfort with Excel and learning our DRB membership system and Paylocity.
• ? A leader's mindset — you build the process, not just follow it.
• ? Willing to work alternating Saturday mornings.
• ? Fleet management or DRB experience? Even better.
