Clinical Dynamix, Inc. seeks a Director of Medical Information & Operations to lead Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance initiatives while partnering across the organization to drive successful execution of Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance and Medical Communications efforts.

The role involves managing the Medical Information Call Center, ensuring high-quality content, enabling technology, and aligning SOPs with global teams.

Formación

• PharmD or MD from accredited US or foreign medical school.
• Minimum 8 years in Medical Affairs with a pharmaceutical company.
• At least 5 years in medical information (outsourced and insourced).
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in medical information.
• Expert knowledge of FDA, EU and ICH guidelines for post-marketing products.
• Start-up or small company experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the Medical Information function, including call center oversight.
• Provide operational guidance to Pharmacovigilance for processes and training.
• Foster relationships with US Medical Directors to assess program needs.
• Ensure systems and enabling technology to support MSLs and engagement.
• Support congress planning and medical information congress presence.
• Coordinate with Global Medical Affairs and Global Pharmacovigilance for alignment.
• Collaborate across matrix teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiation; maintain master agreements.
