Job summary

ePlus inc. seeks a Director of Materials Management in Minnesota to provide executive leadership over Configuration, Warehouse, Inventory Management, and Disposition operations.

Drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth while developing scalable processes and resource planning aligned with corporate objectives. This role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to deliver innovative solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with P&L responsibilities and profitability.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to travel roughly 25% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer and prospect meetings to present Materials Management offerings and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with Sales teams to support business development and opportunities.
• Develop responses for RFP opportunities and review pricing, SOWs, and proposals.
• Oversee cost inputs and operational assumptions for profitability analysis.
• Lead strategic actions with Marketing to promote Materials Management capabilities.
• Provide executive oversight of Configuration, Warehouse, Inventory, and Disposition services locally to MN.
• Ensure daily operations meet productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.
• Oversee inventory management programs, cycle counts, and accuracy.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure operational effectiveness.
