Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Master Data Management and Vendor Success Leader to drive the MDM strategy, governance, and data quality across Corpay Payables. You will lead the Vendor Success team, partner with Operations, Technology, Analytics, Product, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and trusted master data for operational execution and analytics.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to resolve data issues, while shaping the data governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive MDM, data management, governance, or related experience.
• Experience leading operational teams responsible for recurring daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the MDM strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Corpay Payables.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the MDM team with clear accountability and high-performance culture.
• Investigate complex data issues, validate root causes, and determine solutions.
• Oversee data governance standards, policies, and lifecycle of master data.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Product to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Manage Vendor Success day-to-day operations and client-enablement activities.
• Lead data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment across large datasets.
• Drive governance councils, dashboards, and executive-level data insights.
