Job description

About NEXT.io

NEXT.io is a global media and events company connecting the people, ideas and businesses shaping the future of iGaming and emerging industries.

Through our international media platforms, industry-leading events and innovative content, we create meaningful connections, share insights and drive industries forward.

We're an ambitious, creative and collaborative team that's constantly evolving, exploring new opportunities and building what's NEXT.

The Role

Marketing & Growth runs across a portfolio of international B2B events and B2C affiliate brands. That means lots of campaigns, channels, deadlines and stakeholders, all moving at once. Thisrole is what keeps it moving in the same direction. You will own the operational delivery of every marketing project, the marketing calendars, performance reporting, data, martech and attribution, and budget governance. You are the linkbetween Marketing and every other department, and the reason we deliver on time, on budgetand on numbers.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Support the Marketing & Growth Director — Act as the Director's right hand on planning, priorities and performance.Prepare the reporting, budget views and updates the Director needs, follow through on decisions, and keep the wider team aligned and moving.
  • Own Delivery Across the Portfolio — Take ownership of how every marketing project gets delivered across events and affiliates: briefs, timelines, owners, dependencies and sign-off. Nothing ships late because nobody owned it.
  • Run the Marketing Calendars — Build and maintain the master marketing calendars across the event portfolio and affiliate brands, working back from event dates and launch windows, so the whole team can see what is coming, who owns it and when it is due.
  • Build One Version of the Truth — Own performance reporting end to end: dashboards, weekly and monthly reporting, campaign wrap-ups and post-event reports. Define the KPIs, standardise how we measure and turn the numbers into decisions for the Director and leadership.
  • Fix Data and Attribution — Own tracking, UTM governance, analytics and CRM data quality, and the attribution model. We should know which channel drove which ticket, sponsor lead or affiliate conversion, and how much it cost.
  • Run the Martech Stack — Own our marketing tools (including HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics and monday.com): configuration, integrations, automations, licences and adoption. Make the stack simpler and more useful, not just bigger.
  • Govern the Budget — Own budget tracking, forecasting, spend and invoice logging, and reconciliation with Finance. Spot over- and under-spend early, and make sure every budget line has an owner and a reason.
  • Be the Link Between Departments — Run marketing request intake and prioritisation, own the team's operating rhythm (stand‑ups, WIPs and retros), and keep Sales, Events, Content and Finance clear on what Marketing is doing and when.
Who You Are
  • You have run marketing operations at scale — Six or more years in marketing operations, growth operations or programme management. Ideally this includes multiple brands, events or a multi‑channel agency.
  • You live in the data — You are fluent in GA4, tracking and attribution, dashboarding (Looker Studio or similar) and CRM (ideally HubSpot). You can build the report and explain what it means to people who don't read reports.
  • You are commercially literate — You are comfortable with budgets, forecasts, cost per acquisition, ROI and ROAS, and you can defend a budget line or cut one.
  • You build systems that stick — You create processes, templates and workflows that people actually use, in monday.com or a similar work‑management tool.
  • You get things done through people who do not report to you — You can align marketers, designers, sales, events and finance around one plan and one set of deadlines.
  • You stay calm when the date can't move — Events have fixed deadlines. You plan backwards from them and protect them.
  • Bonus — Experience in iGaming, events or affiliate marketing.
What's in it for you?
  • Flexibility that works for you – flexible working hours and a remote‑friendly environment built on trust and ownership.
  • A voice that matters – we encourage autonomy, welcome fresh ideas and give people the freedom to challenge the status quo.
  • Genuinely exciting projects – be part of an ambitious, evolving business where there's always something new happening and opportunities to make an impact.
  • A collaborative environment – work alongside talented, approachable people who support one another and celebrate shared successes.
  • Room to grow – continuous learning and professional development opportunities, supported by NEXT Academy and other initiatives.
  • Additional perks & benefits – a range of benefits designed to support our people, with specific offerings varying depending on your location.
Why Join Us?

You will never be just another name on the team list. This role sits at the centre of a fast-growing marketing function. It sets how the team plans, measures and spends, so your work will shape every campaign we run across both sides of the business.
