Responsibilities

• Join the Dermatology Ps and HS leadership team as Head of Marketing, collaborating with other key leaders.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the marketing vision, strategies, and plans for our Immunology assets.
• Drive the growth of our existing assets in the market, identifying opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Prepare for the launch of future indications, developing launch plans and ensuring readiness across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Understand the landscape of payers and work closely with Market Access to develop pricing and reimbursement strategies that optimize access to our Immunology assets.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting priorities and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Utilise strong strategic storytelling skills to effectively communicate marketing plans and initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Medical, Regulatory, Legal and Market Access, to ensure alignment and compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements and best practices in Immunology marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
