Zocdoc is the country’s leading digital health marketplace helping patients find and book care. We seek a Director of Marketing Data Science to own measurement across B2C and B2B, ensuring every dollar drives impact and aligning spend with our mission to give power to the patient.

You will build a unified marketing measurement function, work with the CMO to surface insights guiding investment decisions, and accelerate analytical workflows using GenAI in a fast-growing healthcare marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or quantitative marketing, with 3+ years in marketing measurement (MMM, MTA, incrementality) at a B2C tech company.
• Proven track record building and deploying measurement models in production.
• Experience partnering with senior marketing leaders (VP+ or C-level) as trusted analytics partner.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing measurement strategy across B2C and B2B channels (attribution, incrementality, ROI).
• Lead hands-on analytics: media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, lift testing, LTV, and brand measurement.
• Collaborate with CMO and marketing leaders to translate strategy into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Build deep understanding of patient and provider audiences to inform segmentation and targeting.
• Manage and develop a team of Staff+ data scientists and junior managers.
• Design and execute marketing experimentation programs and causal inference methods.
